Possible Answer: In my last job, I have had a few such instances where the customer was angry, because he/ she was unsatisfied with the bank’s service. The PMJDY was launched in 2014 by the Prime Minister of India as a tool of financial inclusion. The campaign was hugely successful as by 2018, almost 31 crore accounts were opened under this scheme, and more than 790 billion rupees were deposited.

I take it positively. Work pressure means I am offered more work, and that means I am doing good work. So, work pressure actually motivates me to work harder and better. However, if the situation gets too stressful, I try to take a break if possible. As I have handled stressful jobs in the past, I can say that I don’t let the stress get into my nerves and continue to concentrate on my work.
